• Verifying each property monthly to ensure it continues to meet our standards
Once your property is approved, it remains active for one full year at no cost during this launch period.
The only information collected during registration is:
• First & last name
• Email address
• Booking information
• Link to your property
• Verification screenshots
ZERO BOOKING FEES — EVER
Dreamhost does not take a percentage of your bookings.
Guests book directly with you via the link you provide or (if you select Premium Co-Hosting) through our secured third-party booking system.
This ensures:
