Dreamhost Rentals is a directory-style platform that showcases verified 5-star short-term rentals. We do not process bookings, manage reservations, collect payments, or act as a travel agency. All bookings are handled directly by the host or through their chosen platform.
2. Eligibility for Listings
Only properties that meet the following criteria may be featured:
• Verified 5-star rating within the last 30 days
• Current and active booking link (Airbnb, VRBO, direct site, etc.)
• Accurate information and high-quality photos submitted by the host
• Renewal of verification every 30 days
We reserve the right to remove or decline any listing that no longer meets our standards.
3. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are solely responsible for:
• Accuracy of all listing information
• Guest communication and support
• Booking management
• Refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution
• Property safety, cleanliness, and compliance
By submitting a listing, hosts confirm that all information provided is true and up-to-date.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests acknowledge that Dreamhost Rentals:
• Does not process bookings
• Does not manage or guarantee host performance
• Does not verify property safety beyond published ratings
• Is not liable for issues arising during a stay
All questions about bookings, fees, rules, or refunds should be directed to the host.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dreamhost Rentals is not responsible for:
• Inaccurate host information
• Booking issues or guest disputes
• Property conditions
• Damages, injuries, or losses
• Platform outages or service interruptions
Use of the site is at your own risk.
6. Payments
Dreamhost Rentals does not collect guest payments and does not receive a percentage of bookings.
If hosting fees are ever charged for listing placement, these fees are non-refundable once paid.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, graphics, and text appearing on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
8. Modifications
