• This studio unit is best suited for two people, but we can provide a twin bed for a possible third person (it is best suited for individuals under 100 lbs) if guests understand that it may be cramped. An additional $15 will be added to your night rate.

We make every effort to accommodate late check-out and early check-in requests. Although we can not promise, if you need early check-in, you'll need to book an additional night. Please plan ahead of time. Additionally, please note that early check-in is not permitted before noon. To ensure each guest receives the unit in the best possible condition, our professional team of cleaners typically requires the entire window of time to complete a full turnover. If you would like to have guaranteed early check-in at 1 pm, there is an additional charge of $20.

*Please rinse off all sand before entering the room & building to avoid clogging the pipes. Your understanding helps us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone;) A fee of $50 will be applied if additional cleaning or repairs are required due to excessive sand.

Our guests are expected to comply with the building's policies regarding building-wide emergencies, repairs, maintenance, and monthly water shut-off orders (every fourth Tuesday of the month from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) or any other impacted amenities during your stay. We will give you as much advance notice as possible.

We are here to help you feel at home in our place, just like your vacation home. If you encounter any cleanliness issues or have any other questions after checking in, please notify us as soon as possible. So we have more time to address them promptly.

🚗 PARKING
Parking is not included in your room rate. However, the rental car may not be necessary, as most amenities are within proximity. The public parking is available in the same building, managed by another company (downstairs garage). It is on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking garages are available, with rates of $4 per hour or $30 for 24 hours (subject to change), offering in-and-out privileges. However, when you leave there may no spaces available, then you will need to park elsewhere. Payment : Use the prepay kiosk.

If you are lucky, you may find a street parking spot. However, please keep in mind that Mondays and Fridays are designated as street cleaning days. You'll need to move your car by 8 AM. Otherwise, you will get towed.

Parking is challenging in Waikiki. Another option is to consider renting a car for a day at a time. A Discount Car Rental is located right outside our building on Kuhio Street.

DRIVE
• Hui: Rent cars from this local company, which includes free gas. Download the Drive Hui app for more details. Another option is A Discount Rental Car (Located right outside of our building.)

BIKE MOPED RENTAL - Biki Hawaii or eVenture (Located in the same building in the lobby). Biki Hawaii: Utilize the public bike system, which features numerous nearby pick-up and drop-off points. Download the Biki app for more information.

BUS
• Bus stops are conveniently located on Kuhio Ave, a major road in Waikiki. Right outside of our building Kuhio Ave side.

👮 SECURITY
The building’s 64-channel, 24/7 Security Systems are in use in common areas, including building sidewalks & entrances, parking garages, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and hallways on each floor.

🛗 Elevators require a FOB swipe for floors 2-12.

Kuhio Village Towers is an older building, but it is well-maintained. We take great pride in our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

I'd like you to please follow all house rules below. These rules enable us to uphold the highest quality stay for our guests. I greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and harmonious environment.

• Quiet Hours after 10 PM (No loud noise or music)
• Unplug/Turn off all heating devices when you leave the room for your safety (Example: appliances, hair dryer, curlers, the stove and heater)
• Please keep the AC thermometer below 67 degrees. (It will break the unit)
• No moving or rearranging of the furniture
• Please do not unplug our essential electronics from our room, such as TVs, cable boxes, routers, etc
• Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund for the violations below.
• No smoking & no vaping - Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the room or lanai. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
• No guest parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
• No extra or overnight guests (i.e., having more guests than stated in your reservation, or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund)
• Pets are not allowed in our room.

The room is on the 7th floor. When you open the front door, you can see the ocean;) A great view to start your day! Because our building is centrally located, you may hear some noise from the street, but it is very minimal. We have never received any complaints in the past, though.

Booking
Please ensure your Airbnb profile is complete with a photo. Positive reviews are highly appreciated. In the event of no or negative reviews, a fully refundable deposit will be required after check-out. Given that we are in high season, we aim to minimize risks to our unit, which could lead to delays for subsequent guests. I appreciate your understanding! 💕Other things to note
